As the HR Director of the Souther Europe Region you will be responsible for the undergoing post-merger integration, and your primary mission is to lead and facilitate the integration of human resources, ensuring a smooth transition for employees and aligning HR practices with the newly formed or evolving organizational structure. This critical role involves managing change, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting business objectives during the post-merger phase.
