JOB SCOPE

Responsible for the daily HR operations of the Lounge and Office acts as HR business partner to the corresponding responsible locations, oversee and supervise administrative personnel, Compensation and Benefits, capacity building, employee relations, and talent acquisition.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as business partner within EMEA Regional office on HR related issues.
  • Translate global standards to local policies and procedures and drive the best HR practice.
  • Drive employee development initiatives. Partner with Regional/ HQ Learning and Development delivery of training programs.
  • Administrate PPG Think Platform.
  • Make recommendations to the General Manager for policy, procedure and process modifications, implementing and communicating on approved changes.
  • Assist in employee relations cases.
  • Manage medical insurance staff benefit, including renewal, addition deletion and manage broker and service provider’s service level.
  • Manage leave applications administration, probationary review confirmation, DG preparation, employment certification for visa application, ex-employee reference check, etc.
  • Provide general admin assistance and support to the regional office.
  • Manage administrative personnel, office attendant and to oversee the daily operations of the Lounge.
  • Managing the monthly payroll process.
  • Manage the leave management System.
  • Managing end to end recruitment process.
  • Resolving day to day operational queries from the employees.
  • Manage the submission of monthly time & attendance records for office and operation employees.
  • Manage employee recognition, reward & engagement activities in accordance with company policies.
  • Administer the exit process for all voluntary and involuntary exits, including conducting exit interviews and processing the final settlement.
  • Manage the onboarding process for the new joiners.
  • Maintain an up-to-date computerized database of all employees
  • Preparation of monthly HR reports and dashboards.
  • Handling the performance management cycle process from start to end and monitor timely and accurate completion of the appraisals.
  • Participate in ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in sizable establishments.
  • Self-starter who works well independently, able to articulate to all business levels and build strong rapport with internal stakeholders
  • Strong people management skill and ability in building multi-cultural relationships
  • Positive, continuously learning, strong capacity in problem-solving. Drive for excellence and flexible in approach
  • Attention to derails, well organized with a strong analytical mind, initiative and proactive
  • Excellent time management, able to priorities work and work under pressure
  • High level of confidentiality, professionalism with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command in written and spoken English.
