Joining the HR Team, the HR Generalist will be a center of competence for the Doublyners Experience: new hire orientation and onboarding, payroll and benefits, DY policy and procedures. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our colleagues, with an open and service mindset. Passion for HR related topics and trends, innovation, curiosity and good digital skills will be appreciated assets.
JOB Responsabilities
- Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee experience
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration, in partnership with payroll consultant
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures + legal Responsibilities
- Exposure and active impact on HR processes relating to: performance and salary reviews; ISO certifications
Assets
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
- 3+ years' of experience working in Human Resources or Consulting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Well developed digital skills: ppt, xls, powerBI
- Passion for innovation in HR
- Strong on numbers + emotional intellingence
- Fluent in Englis
