Human Resources Information System Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a Workday Configuration Specialist and a Workday Integration Developer to join our European team. This is a fully remote position open to candidates based anywhere in the European Union .

Workday Configuration Specialist:

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM modules including Organizations, Jobs, and Employee Lifecycle (Hire, Transfer, Promotion, Termination).
• Manage end-to-end configuration of Workday Recruiting module, including job requisitions, candidate workflow, and offer processes.
• Implement and optimize Security, Business Processes (BP), and Condition Rules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing ongoing support and improvements.

Requirements：

• 3+ years of hands-on Workday implementation or support experience
• Have completed at least 2 full-lifecycle Workday projects (preferred)
• Strong functional knowledge in Core HCM and Recruiting modules
• Workday certification in Core HCM or Recruiting is a plus

Workday Developer – Integration Development：

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for Workday interface/integration development.

Requirements:

1. Familiar with the basic architecture of Workday, with a clear understanding of concepts such as Organizations, Jobs, Personnel, and Business Processes within the system.
2. 3+ years of Workday integration experience, familiar with various Workday integration development technologies, such as Core Connector, EIB, XSLT, etc.
3. Proficient in using Workday Studio to develop interfaces.
4. Familiar with Workday reporting functions.
5. Familiar with Workday security/permission controls.
6. Workday integration certification is preferred.
