We are looking for a passionate and curious HR Intern ready to actively contribute to building an engaging, inspiring, and people-centered workplace.
What You Will Really Do You won’t just support — you will be part of the HR team.
Employee Engagement
Contribute to designing and delivering employee engagement & well being initiatives
Support internal events, communication, and team-building activities
Help give a voice to our people, gathering feedback and enhancing workplace experience
Recruitment & Employer Branding
Be involved in the full recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviews)
Collaborate with international schools and universities
Support the development of our employer brand and talent attraction strategy
Onboarding & Training
Help create an outstanding onboarding experience for new joiners
Support the organization of training programs and development initiatives Gain insight into how we grow and develop talent
HR Operations & Projects
Support HR daily activities across all functions
Participate in real HR projects (process improvement, digital tools, initiatives)
Work closely with department heads and leadership team
Creating packaging for employees
Supporting the accommodation organization
Learning & Development
Direct mentorship and coaching from the HR
Exposure to all HR functions
Participation in real HR projects with measurable impact
Active involvement in employee engagement and culture initiatives
Opportunity to work closely with Department Heads and leadership team, EXCOM level
Hands‑on experience in a luxury hospitality environment
Participation in internal events and team-building activities
Development of practical HR skills in a real business context
Strong learning curve and ownership from day one
Networking opportunities with international talents and institutions
