HVAC Application Engineer

Specialista Senior / Project Manager In this role you will select and size HVAC units to meet project requirements and provide technical support through design to installation. You’ll advise sales engineers and customers on equipment and hydronic systems, prepare technical and commercial proposals, and develop innovative control concepts for advanced chilled and hot water plants. You will train the sales network, deliver technical presentations, and ensure order compliance, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive customer success in a sustainable HVAC context. (as described) Provide technical guidance and consultancy to Sales Engineers and customers on equipment and hydronic systems Prepare technical and commercial proposals for Trane equipment and auxiliary equipment Propose innovative technical solutions, including basic schematics and control logic for advanced chilled and hot water plants Provide guidance and training to the sales network on software and products Prepare and deliver technical product presentations Conduct webinars and live seminars for customers Check the technical compliance of received orders Update CRM records accurately and regularly Cooperate with internal teams such as Sales and Customer Care, as well as external stakeholders including designers, end users, and contractors Degree in Engineering, preferably in Thermodynamics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent Good knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning concepts Good sales and customer-oriented mindset with ability to work in a team Strong communication and collaboration skills with customers and clients Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) In this role you will select and size HVAC units to meet project requirements and provide technical support through design to installation.
