Job Overview:

The resource will join the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) division, reporting directly to the HVAC National Sales Manager, and will be responsible for the commercial development and sales activities related to Hisense HVAC products and solutions within the South Italy area.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate sales agencies operating in the South Italy area in order to achieve assigned business targets.
  • Develop business opportunities through commercial activities directed toward installers, wholesalers, designers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Support and accompany sales agencies during customer visits and activities within the assigned territory.
  • Scout and identify new potential clients and sales channels to expand business opportunities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and ensure achievement of sales targets.
  • Plan and coordinate local marketing activities related to the assigned area.
  • Organize product presentation meetings and customer visits, both independently and alongside the sales agencies.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers while expanding the customer portfolio.
  • Monitor, improve, and support the performance of sales agencies within the assigned territory.
  • Prepare periodic reports regarding ongoing activities and commercial negotiations.
  • Update CRM systems and company reporting tools.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience as Sales Area Manager.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in the thermo-hydraulic/HVAC sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and commercial skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
  • Language skills: Native Italian, good command of English.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively within a multinational environment.
  • Strong target-oriented mindset.
  • Based in South Italy
