Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive long-term partnerships with consultants while promoting Johnson Controls’ HVACR solutions. You will manage proposals, prepare technically accurate quotations, and ensure commercial alignment to deliver total-value offerings. You’ll validate assumptions, assess risks, and tailor multi-offer solutions with cross-functional teams. Your work supports the broader mission of shaping safe, comfortable, and sustainable buildings by connecting consultant needs with JC’s portfolio. This role offers meaningful impact through collaborative solution selling and leadership in complex projects.

- Build and maintain ongoing partnerships with consultants
- Manage proposals to meet customer application and operational needs
- Prepare accurate, timely quotations with commercial verification
- Validate assumptions from promotion meetings and develop detailed cost estimates and scopes
- Prepare proposals and consultant communications documents
- Provide risk analyses for complete solutions
- Understand JC offerings and applications in customer solutions
- Devise multiple offerings to meet program requirements
- Develop and maintain consultant relationships
- Assist in identifying specification issues and provide solutions
- Coordinate with sales and operations to align on customer requirements and estimates
- Involve estimators and PDE in developing offerings and bundling solutions
- Own JC value proposition to consultants for total value and competitive advantage
- Understand and apply knowledge of competitor products and solutions
Responsabilità
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or equivalent through experience
- Five to eight years’ experience in HVACR or operational processes
- Strong technical subject matter expertise
- Commercial attitude to establish customer partnerships
- Ability to influence consultants in technical projects’ choices
- Strong teamwork attitude
- Computer literacy with MS Word and Excel
- Fluent Italian & English (verbal, reading, writing)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
