IB MYP DP Italian L1 Teacher

We are currently looking for an IB MYP DP Italian L1 Teacher.

We are searching for teachers who are:

• Able to adapt quickly to our fast-paced international environment
• Committed and creative, reflective on his/her own teaching and student outcomes, seeking out and implementing new ideas and innovative practices to raise achievement
• Very interested in student’s development and team players
• Keen to collaborate and share their specialist expertise
• Able to communicate with confidence across diverse audiences and situations, using their expertise to build strong relationships with parents and students

Profile required

Experience and Skills:

• Previous IB teaching experience
• Excellent teaching and classroom management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Significant attention to details
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Ability to deal with confidential matters

Languages:

• Native-level Italian skills required
• Professional working proficiency in English
• An additional language is considered a plus

Other:

• Strong vision and philosophy of education that match the WINS vision and values
• Natural tendency to inspire and generate trust in parents
• Ability to work closely with the WINS Team (teachers, staff, …)

Minimum qualification:

• A recognized teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent) with specialization in the required subject
