ICT HR Systems & Integration Specialist
to join the ICT HR in Bucharest This is a central role bridging business needs, vendor delivery, and technical design — acting as guardian of a lean, coherent systems landscape. You will be a key figure both in the ICT HR Transformation programme and in the ongoing support (BAU) of Payroll, T&A, and DMS systems, in a fast-paced, multi-country environment. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Integration workstream within ICT HR Transformation programmes, overseeing multi-country integration builds and deployments Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications Partner with vendors and enterprise architecture teams to define the best technical solutions Coordinate testing between vendors and business stakeholders Manage the transition of new solutions from project delivery into support Manage the vendor relationship for support, ensuring service quality and accountability Act as key point of contact linking business needs, vendor capabilities, and architecture Lead a structured knowledge transfer effort during onboarding, capturing undocumented processes and translating them into durable documentation What We're Looking For:
5–8 years of experience in ICT HR systems (Payroll, T&A, SAP SuccessFactors, Workforce Planning) and integrations Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central and/or Time), SAP HCM, SAP Payroll, or integration middleware; cloud integration platforms and DMS experience a plus Fluent written and spoken English Strong business analysis, project management, vendor and stakeholder management skills Self-motivated, resilient, proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset Experience navigating ambiguity and reconstructing undocumented systems/processes is a strong advantage
