ICT Risk Analyst

As an ICT Risk Analyst, you will support the ICT and Cyber Risk Management framework and help align controls with regulatory and industry standards. You will identify, assess, and monitor ICT and cyber risks across systems and processes, and contribute to risk reporting and appetite frameworks. You will work with IT and Cybersecurity teams to analyze threats, track mitigations, and provide visibility to stakeholders through dashboards and heatmaps. This role offers hands‑on impact in a growth‑focused consulting environment in Italy, with a clear path to influence risk governance.

Responsibilities

• Support ICT and Cyber Risk Management framework development and maintenance
• Identify, assess, and monitor ICT and cyber risks across systems and processes
• Perform ICT risk assessments (RCSA and scenario analysis)
• Define and report KRIs, KPIs, and other ICT risk metrics
• Support second line of defense within the ERM framework for ICT risk exposure
• Contribute to ICT Risk Appetite Framework, including thresholds and escalation
• Analyze ICT vulnerabilities and track mitigations and actions
• Prepare dashboards, heatmaps, and risk visibility reports for stakeholders
• Support policy, standard, and guideline updates for ICT and cyber risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in scientific, engineering, economic or IT‑related fields
• 2‑5 years in ICT Risk, Cyber Risk, Operational Risk or Risk & Regulatory environments
• Knowledge of ICT Risk Management frameworks (e.g. ISO 31000, NIST, ISO 27005)
• Understanding of core ICT technologies and cybersecurity domains
• Experience in defining risk indicators, metrics and reporting
• Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize risk data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional stakeholders
