We are looking for an ICT SAP SD Expert to join our Group ICT Department in our HQ in Castelfranco Veneto!

Accountability and Objectives:

  • Plan and execute projects.
  • Support final users in day-by-day activities on SAP Sales & Distribution module and related interfaces.
  • Manage and support activities across multiple platforms (SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all activities (implementation, maintenance, evolutions) related to the Sales and distribution application in which the Information Systems are involved.
  • Gather functional requirements and manage relations with business users to translate needs into technical solutions.
  • Support the main sales processes: Order, Pricing, Shipping, and Billing.
  • Coordinate and control external resources.

Skills & qualifications:

  • Qualifications : Technical University degree
  • Experience : 5-8 years or more of experience in comparable roles in well-structured companies or in an IT consulting company is needed
  • Knowledge : Well-based IT infrastructure and software is needed:
  1. At least 5 years of experience with SAP Sales & Distribution (SD)
  2. Strong knowledge/familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce
  3. Excellent knowledge of customizing in particular SD areas and base structure
  4. Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes (MM/LE), welcome knowledge of SAP FI, CO, BI/BW
  • Languages : Fluency in English, Further language knowledge is appreciated
  • Extensive technical knowledge (and an ability to explain technical information to non-technical people)
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Good negotiating skills
  • A good business understanding
  • Team-working and team management experience
  • A methodical and analytical approach

Mindset and intrapersonal skills:

  • Capability to deal with complexity in a multinational environment is needed
  • Good listening capability and internal customer focus ("service mentality")
  • Capability to promote teamwork and collaboration among the different functions both at local and Group level is highly recommended
  • An attitude to measure performances by KPIs is highly recommended
  • A pragmatic approach together with a high commitment to respecting working deadlines are highly appreciated
  • Attitude to continuous learning
