Position Overview
We are looking for a SailPoint IGA Engineer to join a specialized team that manages and evolves Identity Governance & Administration solutions. The role focuses on SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow, working closely with Cyber Security, Infrastructure, and Application Owner teams to support enterprise access governance and identity protection.
Responsibilities
Manage the entire lifecycle of digital identities (Joiner‑Mover‑Leaver). Configure and monitor automated provisioning and deprovisioning workflows. Handle RBAC models and access certification campaigns. Support users and stakeholders with access requests, account lockouts, and access anomalies. Maintain up‑to‑date technical documentation, access matrices, and configuration guides. Install, configure, and harden SailPoint platforms and integrated systems. Handle patching and remediation of vulnerabilities, ensuring alignment with corporate security policies. Collaborate with SOC and Cyber Security teams on remediation and compliance activities. Monitor platform performance and stability, analyze bottlenecks, and recommend improvements. Conduct root‑cause analysis for directory service and integration issues. Prepare operational reports for management and stakeholders. Assist infrastructure and application owners during onboarding and access matrix definition.
Required Qualifications
Hands‑on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow. Experience integrating with directory services such as LDAP v3, Microsoft Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory / Entra ID. Solid understanding of IAM/IGA processes and security policies. Technical troubleshooting skills and autonomous operational management. Teamwork orientation and collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.
Nice to Have
SailPoint or other IAM/IGA certifications. Experience with solutions like Saviynt or One Identity. Background in structured international enterprise environments.
