Become an Employee-Owner at PERRY proTECH!An Implementation Engineer is responsible for the client-side deployment and configurations of products and services from the PERRY proTECH Managed Services portfolio.

About The Role:

  • Facilitate the implementation of new products and services into client IT environments
  • Review customer environments and report any findings that may hinder a successful onboarding
  • Provide training to clients on products installed
  • Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, email or text
  • Work with peers, team leads, and subject matter experts to overcome any technical challenges
  • Work directly with vendors, client contacts, and end-users to complete the onboarding process

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent with a demonstrated successful work history
  • 2 years of experience in a Help Desk or NOC
  • MCSE or equivalent experience is a plus
  • Software Vendor Certifications are a plus
  • Ability to work through established processes
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and take initiative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Prioritize customer service and client satisfaction
