In house designer(Intern)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and delivery of digital assets across channels including social media, email, paid media, and web.
• Support the design of physical brand materials (e.g., packaging, print collateral, event visuals).
• Contribute to the development and execution of branding and graphic design projects from concept to final production.
• Prepare creative assets for weekly editorial, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to track deadlines, communicate progress, and ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure all design output aligns with brand guidelines and contributes to a consistent visual identity.

Job Requirements:

• A strong foundation in graphic design, including hands-on experience using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• A strong skills in Design, Visual Communication, Art, or a related field.in Design, Visual Communication, Art, or a related field.
• A versatile, generalist design skill set with a passion for typography, layout, and brand storytelling. Bonus if you bring additional skills in videography, animation, illustration, or 3D.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities — you can explain your design thinking, take feedback constructively, and thrive in a team setting.
• A strategic mindset: you understand the balance between creativity and business needs.
• Language: Fluent in Italian and English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
