Innovation, continuous research, digital industry, and sustainability are the pillars of its business worldwide.Within the Manufacturing & Supply Chain area of the Naples Fusaro site, we are looking for an **Industrial Engineer** to be included in the Electronics Italy Land & Sea Business Area.The selected resource will be part of the Industrial Engineering team with the aim of defining the MDP necessary to guarantee the manufacturability of products at the Fusaro site.**The resource will primarily be responsible for:*** Test Engineering on RF assemblies and sub-assemblies* Design of custom equipment for testing RF assemblies and sub-assemblies* Support for production areas for complex technical issues* Concurrent Engineering for newly designed products* Realization and validation of pre-series prototypes* Definition of testing times* Collaboration with QA for the resolution of production non-conformities**Educational Qualification:** Diploma in electronics or TLC**Required Experience Level:** Senior (more than 3 years)**Technical Knowledge and Skills*** Good technical background in electronic\ RF devices* Good technical background in programming languages* Good technical background in electronic measurement instrumentation**Behavioral Skills*** ability to work in a team;

* coordination and interaction skills between different departments in the company;
* organized and systematic approach to problem analysis;
* aptitude for problem-solving even in stressful situations;
