- Lead the industrialization of new products within the mechatronics domain, ensuring seamless integration of mechanical, electronic, and software components from prototype to full-scale production
- Ensure production processes are efficient and aligned with quality standards
- Collaborate with engineering teams to guarantee manufacturability
- Supervise installation and testing of production equipment
- Manage and maintain technical documentation (e.g., FMEA, work instructions, control plans)
