Industrialization Manager

About the Role

Aflalo is a modern luxury brand rooted in elegance, opulence, and bold femininity. We are building our product development hub in Milan and looking for an experienced Industrialization Manager to own the technical development of our RTW collection — from design handover through sealed bulk — in close partnership with our factories and the New York team.

Responsibilities

• Own the full industrialization process across all RTW categories from design handover to sealed bulk approval
• Create and maintain technical sheets, construction specs, grading, and finishing standards by category
• Lead production fittings in person and remotely;
  issue fit and quality approvals
• Serve as the primary technical bridge with Italian and global factories — communicate specs, resolve construction issues, update documentation throughout development
• Monitor collection plans against supplier progress;
  flag timeline and budget risks proactively
• Partner with the Director of Product on costing, proposing technical alternatives that protect margin without compromising design

Requirements

• 8–15 years in an industrialization office at a luxury or high-end RTW brand
• Deep expertise across categories: tailoring, leather, and flou
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Strong knowledge of Italian factories and suppliers;
  experience with global factory relationships across Europe and Asia
• Proficient in Office suite;
  RLM or equivalent PLM experience preferred
• Based in Milan or willing to relocate
