Industry, Logistics, Utilities & Facilities Buyer
We're looking for an Industry, Logistics, Utilities & Facilities Buyer to join our Quality & Procurement Department at Nuvola, our HQ in Turin.
The role, reporting directly to the Group Industry Procurement Category Manager, is responsible for managing technical procurement activities related to manufacturing plants, including production lines and equipment, industrial maintenance services, spare parts, and consumable materials. The position plays a key role in supporting plant operations, ensuring supplier performance, cost optimization, and the achievement of procurement targets across the business.
Responsibilities
Sharing technical procurement requirements with Manufacturing Plants and Engineering teams
Managing supplier negotiations and supporting sourcing activities for technical goods and services
Preparing, managing, and executing tenders through the dedicated e-Procurement platform
Drafting and managing purchase orders, framework agreements, and related procurement documentation for goods and services
Optimizing the supplier base in terms of number of suppliers, quality, reliability, and competitiveness
Identifying alternative sourcing solutions aimed at cost reduction and supplier risk mitigation (SRM)
Supporting the implementation of working methodologies focused on operational efficiency and continuous improvement
Requirements
Degree in Economics or Engineering
At least 5 years of experience in technical procurement within large manufacturing environments
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP
Solid understanding of procurement contractual matters, including contracts, procurement documentation, European regulations
Concrete and proactive approach
Fluent in English

Initial annual gross salary of minimum € 45.000
