Information Technology Project Manager

Context :

IT PROJECT MANAGER

You will be a member of the Professional Services team at Trace One. You will be responsible for the successful execution and delivery of application maintenance services on Trace One’s manufacturing PLM solution. You should have a background and experience in project management, with a focus on application maintenance-related services, to coordinate, delegate, and monitor the service effectively, perform scope control, and identify risks and potential opportunities in delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Contribute to drafting and finalizing statements of work for customers.
• Lead software implementation projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Facilitate planning and execution of meetings, ensuring the attendance of relevant stakeholders.
• Communicate project status regularly to key stakeholders.
• Lead Steering Committee meetings to present project status at the executive level.
• Report periodically on project milestones, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Maintain control over scope, budget, timeline, and profitability, working with the team to manage risks of slippage.

Key Skills and Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing software implementation projects.
• Thorough understanding of enterprise application deployment methodologies with PLM solutions.
• Ability to collaborate across departments for planning and project tracking.
• Ability to present project status at an executive level.
• Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English and Italian.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.
• Ability to support Business Analysts in functional discussions and requirement clarification.
