Information Technology Services Specialist

Role Description

We are seeking an IT Service Management Specialist with experience in first- and second-level application support to join a structured IT environment within the Fashion industry.

The role focuses on ensuring efficient IT service operations, providing timely support to internal users, and contributing to the continuous improvement of business applications and related IT processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level IT support to internal users.
• Manage and monitor the Service Desk and ticketing system, ensuring compliance with defined SLAs.
• Analyse and resolve complex application issues related to business-critical systems.
• Manage user access requests, role provisioning, and account updates.
• Coordinate application enhancements in collaboration with software vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Support the full lifecycle of application changes, including:
• requirements gathering
• functional documentation
• testing activities
• end-user training
• Participate in project activities such as functional analysis, process definition, UAT, and regression testing.
• Contribute to continuous service improvement through proactive incident management and identification of recurring issues.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in IT Service Management.
• Hands-on experience in L1/L2 application support.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Service Desk and ticketing tools.
• Knowledge of user access and identity management processes.
• Experience in testing activities (UAT and regression testing).
• Previous experience in IT environments within the Fashion industry is mandatory .
• Excellent command of English (mandatory).

Preferred Requirements

• Knowledge of French is considered a strong plus.
• Experience or familiarity with Tesi Square and NTS ERP platforms.ù

Working Environment

The role involves close collaboration with internal users, business stakeholders, and external vendors in a dynamic and international context within the Fashion industry.

An initial knowledge transfer and onboarding period will be provided to ensure a smooth integration into the application and operational environment.

Contract & Engagement Type

This is an initial 3-month project assignment . For this reason, freelance professionals (Partita IVA contractors) are strongly preferred .
