Information Technology Specialist

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices
• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade Windows OS, macOS, and Microsoft Office applications
• Assist with basic networking tasks and routine system maintenance
• Support project-based IT activities and day-to-day IT operations
• Ensure timely resolution of technical incidents and service requests

Qualifications

• Valid work authorization/permit to work in Italy
• Previous experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or Desktop Support roles
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently in an on-site environment
