Challenging, Talent & Recruiting Consulting Company is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer for a client in the Digital sector with at least 5 years of experience.
The ideal candidate is proactive, autonomous, with a strong sense of ownership and ambitions to grow into a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) role.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop end-to-end digital solutions tailored for clients (websites, apps, platforms).
- Translate technical and functional specifications into high-performance, scalable applications.
- Support technological choices and architectural evolution of projects.
- Coordinate and mentor junior team members.
- Contribute to standardizing development processes (versioning, testing, CI/CD).
Requirements
- At least 5 years of full-stack software development experience.
- Solid knowledge of Java (back-end) and Angular (front-end).
- Knowledge of best development practices (clean code, test automation, code review).
- Background in digital contexts.
- Excellent communication skills, result-oriented, eager to grow professionally.
Work Mode and Compensation
Hybrid work in Milan.
Contract: Permanent.
Salary: €50,000 - €60,000 based on seniority.
