Il RUOLO:

Sarai il protagonista della nostra trasformazione digitale, guidando l’implementazione dell’AI nei processi aziendali, dalla gestione degli asset immobiliari all’ottimizzazione operativa. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con il management per sviluppare soluzioni data-driven e intelligenti.

·       • Capacità di visione, leadership tecnica e mentalità progettuale

MARTINA RE , a company active in Asset & Development Management in the Real Estate sector, is looking for an IT Engineer with managerial vision and a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence.

YOUR ROLE:

You will lead our digital transformation by implementing AI in business processes, from real estate asset management to operational optimization. You’ll work closely with management to develop data-driven and intelligent solutions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

·       • Design and develop AI and machine learning-based digital tools

·       • Automate critical processes with smart technologies

·       • Integrate AI models into ERP, CRM, and BI systems

·       • Support predictive analysis and strategic reporting

·       • Drive tangible innovation in a transforming industry

WHAT WE'R LOOKING FOR:

·       • Degree in Computer, Management or Industrial Engineering or equivalent

·       • Experience in AI/ML (e.g. Python, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)

·       • Strong knowledge of databases, BI, automation, and APIs

·       • Strategic vision, technical leadership and project mindset
