Per società leader nella progettazione, prototipazione e realizzazione di moduli prefabbricati industrializzati per il settore alberghiero e residenziale, ricerchiamo un candidato che si occuperà:

Informazioni sul ruolo

Progettazione e disegno in 3D BIM strutture, prevalentemente relativa al dettaglio costruttivo. Detta progettazione verrà coordinata e realizzata da un team esperto con il quale il candidato collaborerà assumendo progressivamente autonomia nel ruolo.

Responsabilità

• Progettazione e disegno in 3D BIM Revit ambito strutture ed edile/architettonico;
• Progettazione saltuaria di attrezzature per la produzione;
• Collaborazione con un team esperto.
• Assunzione progressiva di autonomia nel ruolo.

Qualifiche

• Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria civile, con specifico indirizzo strutturale

Competenze richieste

• Conoscenza intermedia della lingua inglese (livello B1 in poi);
• Conoscenza di software per l'analisi strutturale degli edifici; graditi Revit ed Inventor;

Esperienze e Competenze preferite

• Gradita esperienza maturata in aziende operanti nel settore della prefabbricazione o in studi di progettazione con specifiche realizzazioni in campo strutturale nei settori acciaio e/o cemento armato e/o legno ( da 2 a 10 anni);
• Attitudine e potenzialità per il progressivo sviluppo professionale nel ruolo di progettista;

Requisiti di personalità

Analiticità, precisione, metodo, buone doti relazionali e capacità di finalizzazione dei progetti.

Retribuzione e pacchetto di compensi

Stipendio: a partire da € 2.000,00 netto al mese per n° 13 mensilità, secondo esperienza e professionalità.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato, possibile anche la collaborazione con partita IVA.

Company Information

For a leading company specializing in the design, prototyping, and production of industrialized prefabricated modules for the hospitality and residential sectors, we are looking for a candidate to take on the following responsibilities:

Role Information

Design and 3D BIM modeling of structures, mainly related to construction details. This design process will be coordinated and developed by an expert team, with whom the candidate will collaborate, progressively gaining autonomy in the role.

Responsibilities

• Design and 3D BIM modeling using Revit for structural and architectural/construction fields;
• Occasional design of equipment for production;
• Collaboration with an expert team;
• Gradual assumption of autonomy in the role.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Civil Engineering, with a specific focus on structural engineering.

Required Skills

• Intermediate knowledge of the English language (B1 level or higher);
• Knowledge of software for structural analysis of buildings; experience with Revit and Inventor is preferred.

Preferred Experience & Skills

• Experience in companies operating in the prefabrication sector or in design firms with specific structural projects in steel, reinforced concrete, or timber (2 to 10 years);
• Aptitude and potential for progressive professional development in the designer role.

Personality Requirements

Analytical skills, precision, methodical approach, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to successfully complete projects.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Starting from €2,000 net per month for 13 months, based on experience and qualifications.
• Employment Type: Full-time, permanent contract, with the possibility of collaboration under a freelance arrangement (VAT registration).
