We're Hiring: Startup Inside Sales / Growth Hacker – Bergamo
Location: Bergamo, Italy (with partial remote working options)
You will be required to be in our office in Bergamo at least once a week

We’re looking for a key role here: Inside Sales & Growth hacker / startup style.
You’ll sit shoulder-to-shoulder with the CEO and other senior leaders, turning interest into qualified pipeline and deals at startup flexibility, while operating in a complex domain (Government sales / Partnerships).
What you'll do:
- Plan and run targeted campaigns, outbound sequences, and other growth initiatives working together with the leadership.
- Own the CRM at this point immaculate—track every lead, work with sales and presales roles to keep them on track and push them through the funnel.
- Analyse conversion data, spot bottlenecks, and propose fixes that move the needle fast.
- Coordinate marketing assets (emails, LinkedIn posts, webinars, events, paid tests) and measure ROI.
What we are looking for:
- 2 + years in inside sales, business development, or growth roles in B2B tech.
- Proven track record of juggling dozens of leads and projects without dropping the ball.
- Fluent English.
- Experience in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Functional technical competences to perform integration tasks email/webforms/CRM
- EU work authorization; we cannot sponsor visas.
