Element is currently looking for an internal sales representative / CSR (m/f/d) for our sales team. The place of work is Mülheim.
Our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are the first central point of contact for customer inquiries and offers. You will play an important role in our sales success: You will process price and quote requests, respond to RFQs (Requests for Quotes) and work closely with our field sales colleagues and Materials Testing Axperts.
Your key to success is the ability to build a personal relationship with our customers – confidently and proactively via phone and email. In this way, you can ensure that our offers meet customer needs and become successful business deals.

Responsibilities
Your tasks – Sales & Account Management
- You will be responsible for the preparation and tracking of offers for our products and services – with a clear focus on closing and sales
- You actively manage existing customers (account management) and build long-term, trusting customer relationships
- You will proactively approach customers via telephone, e-mail and video calls and systematically identify up- and cross-selling potential
- You will manage the entire sales cycle: from lead qualification to needs analysis and solution development to the successful conclusion of the contract
- You understand the requirements of your customers and position tailor-made solutions with clear added value
- You will work closely with internal stakeholders – especially laboratories – to efficiently process offers, invoices and complaints
- You maintain your sales activities in a structured way in the CRM and ensure a transparent pipeline as well as up-to-date customer data
Skills / Qualifications
You bring to this task
- Completed training in the commercial or technical field
- Passion for sales, customer relationships and deals
- Initial experience in sales, account management or customer success desirable
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in German as well as good English skills
- Strong focus on numbers and sales (pricing, discounts, calculations)
- Structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working
- Initiative, strong closing skills and a good sense of customer needs
