We are Europe’s leading pooling company for plastic load carriers. Our service is to bring clean plastic returnable assets (pallets/foldable large containers/foldable crates) to our customers who send these assets all over Europe to their end customers. After every trip, these load carriers are being collected by us and brought to one of our European service centers where they are being prepared for a next trip. We manage hundreds of thousands of load carriers between more than 5,000 locations, mainly food related companies. Our Pan-European pooling service offers our B2B customers a sustainable and efficient solution throughout their whole supply chain.
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Inside Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team .
This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth and operational efficiency of Tosca’s sales operations. The Inside Sales Specialist will gain invaluable experience in a leading company, working closely with senior executives and playing a critical role in maintaining and expanding our market presence.
For this position, we are looking for someone who will be based in our office in Agrate Brianza (Italy).
You also must be willing to travel occasionally within the assigned territories (Italy and EEU).
You are fluent in English, Italian and Polish. Knowledge of other languages is considered a plus.
Your responsibilities
Calculation Model Management
- You take full responsibility for the preparation and adjustment of calculation models based on logistics, cost parameters, and profitability analysis to support sales strategies and client management.
C Category Customer Management
- You manage direct relationships with C category customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively, aligning with company standards and goals.
Analytical Support for A and B Customers
- You provide analytical support for A and B customer evaluations, preparing calculation models and analyses to assist Senior Sales personnel in strategic decision-making and negotiations.
Administrative Support
- You reduce the administrative workload of Senior Sales personnel by taking over routine data management and analysis, allowing them to focus on business development, client acquisition, and high-value engagements.
Your profile
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering, Business Administration, or have equivalent experience.
- You bring 1–2 years of experience in a sales analysis role, ideally within the logistics, supply chain, or a related industry.
- You communicate confidently and have an excellent command of Italian, Polish, and English.
- You combine strong analytical thinking with solid problem-solving skills and feel comfortable working with data.
- Your strong communication and interpersonal skills enable you to build effective relationships with customers and collaborate smoothly with senior sales stakeholders.
- You are well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities at the same time.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with CRM systems is considered a plus.
- You take a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential challenges, and you are able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- You are eager to learn, adaptable, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
