Inside Sales Team Leader - Digital Industries

Inside Sales Team Leader – Milan We are looking for an Inside Sales Team Leader to be hired with a permanent contract in Milan. You will lead our Inside Sales Team in Italy, help accelerate the digital transformation and support our customers with innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

Build, mentor, and develop a diverse team while managing process excellence and driving operational improvements.

Collaborate with field sales teams and other functions to enhance customer relationships.

Coach the team on account planning, efficient sales activities, and revenue growth.

Stay informed on industry trends around Inside Sales, Virtual Selling, and digital communication.

Qualifications

Team leadership and coaching experience.

Motivation to work in a fresh, innovative set‑up and build and manage a team.

Passion for Siemens technology, software, products, and services within industrial automation and digitalization.

Strong knowledge of virtual selling—digital engagement, social media, and remote communication.

Excellent listening skills and an expressive, open communication style, able to engage over calls.

Data analytics skills and ability to drive performance.

Proficiency in Italian and English; proficiency in Swiss, German, or French is a plus.

Willingness to grow and to co‑create and share knowledge.

Eligibility to work in Italy.
