Responsibilities
Reporting to the HR Country Leader, the Temporary HR Administrator will manage HR Admin & Reporting processes for all Italian plants including multiple legal entities. He/she will provide local partnership and advice to local people managers and employees on Payroll, Time & Attendance, Data Management, Employee Life Cycle documentation processes, working in close collaboration with the other HR team members. The role will be based in Vignate plant, with business travel required to the other Italian sites.General Responsibilities:
Delivery of the HR services to the different Italian plants ensuring positive customer experience, risk mitigation and process excellence.
• Manage entry, monthly consolidation, and verification of attendance and absence data, taking into account contractual specificities and company agreements, ensuring accurate transfer to payroll, guiding the local HR team members
• Be the first point of contact for internal customers by enhancing the use of employee HR tools and platforms as well as granting successful on-boarding experience;
• Prepare reports and statistics related to personnel;
• Actively monitor the progress of project initiatives, interfacing with the various actors involved
• Identify, in coordination with the competent structures, the adoption actions of the identified solutions
• Guarantee the functional governance of the reference HR application systems
• Supervise all aspects of Personnel administration in coordination with external consultants;
• Production of monthly KPI reports and monitoring;
• Ensure Personnel data maintenance in Success Factors;
• Support annual compensation review cycles;
• Ensuring employment contracts and employee life cycle documentation compliance.
Workplace: Vignate. Travel required to other company sites in northern Italy.
Your Profile
Education:• Degree in human resources, economics, legal or equivalent experience.
Experience:
• 3 to 8 years progressive HR Admin experience
• Working knowledge and application of Italian laws and Industrial Collective Bargaining Agreement.
• Preferred experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in working in multiple legal entity environments with multiple Union agreements in place
• Experience in training/change management on new HR tools and local deployment of corporate tools
