Gain knowledge of the main Pharmacovigilance (PV) and vigilance activities performed at Head Quarter level by a Pharmaceutical Company, with particular focus on the collection and processing of safety case reports and the continuous evaluation of product safety profiles. Responsibilities: Participation in the process of collection, classification, data-entry, control, follow up and storage of Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) from any source both in the clinical investigation and post marketing settings. Participation in the preparation of the safety aggregate reports. Involvement in the signal detection process. Participation in the reconciliation process of safety reports exchanged with the Partners and Third-Party Providers, in post-marketing and clinical trials. Participation in the process of the screening of national and international scientific literature. Involvement in the oversight of the Affiliates, Partners and Third-Party providers. Involvement in the PV/vigilance training processes. Participation in the management of vigilance activities related to medical devices, food supplements and cosmetics. Qualifications: Scientific Degree. Master in Pharmacovigilance (optional). Required Skills: Knowledge of the basic IT tools. Knowledge of English Language. Preferred Skills: Inclination to result / Pragmatism. Communication. Focus on learning and professional update. Scheduling and organisation. Integration and Internal Networking.
