Intern Procurement Specialist (6-month internship)

Key Responsibilities

• Entering supplier orders into the ERP system in line with existing forecasts and price lists.
• Managing purchase order confirmations and procurements on specified delivery dates.
• Contacting suppliers to request advances or reminders regarding the delivery of materials ordered.
• Reporting on KPIs related to non-compliance and adherence to contractual lead times.
• Evaluating, together with the Supply Chain team, any proposals to change the terms and conditions of suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in economics, political science, engineering, or equivalent qualifications.
• Short period of previous experience in a similar role is considered an advantage.
• Ability to work cooperatively with an international team, handle requests, and enter data.
• Excellent familiarity with IT applications.
• Required fluency in English (spoken and written).

Compensation: 800 euros gross per month, 7€ meal tickets, and 8 days of remote work per month.
