The position is within the framework of the Business Partner Community of the LVMH Beauty Italy, a structure composed of about 50 people involved in Management Control, Administration and Finance, Information Technology, Logistics, General Services and Customer Service for all the Brands of the Division (Parfums Christian Dior, Guerlain, Parfums Givenchy, Kenzo Parfums, Benefit and Make Up For ever, Officine Universelle Buly 1803 and Maison Francis Kurkjian ) .
MISSION :
Support towards the effective functioning of the processes, the Beauty Division organization accomplishing its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
The chosen candidate will report directly to the Internal Controller supporting within the following activities:
- Support the implementation and the maintenance of the internal control system; support the assessment of internal processes for the identification of potential improvements and their implementation;
- Support the Finance functions for the implementation of company procedures;
- Support the analysis of processes in order to identify risks and implement new procedures in order to mitigate them;
- Participate at the annual Internal Control Campaign promoted by LVMH Group in order to evaluate the maturity of the internal control system. Conduct interviews to internal stakeholders of Finance functions in the perimeter of the campaign to describe the design of controls and performs testing activities to define their effectiveness;
- Support the function in case of audits conducted by LVMH Group;
- Collaborating on projects with consulting companies to improve the Internal Control system;
- Ensure the entity activities are compliant with the Ethics and Compliance Guidelines of LVMH Group.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Degree in Economics or in Law is considered a plus
- Accounting, Finance and Corporate Governance knowledge
- Flexibility and relational skills to deal with different stakeholders
- Good knowledge of Office (Excel, Power Point, etc.) and SAP will be a plus
- Fluent in English
