Internal HR Recruiting assistant - INTERN

Are you willing to take the first step of your career making experience in the HR Department of a big and growing company of IT Consulting ?

Supporting the internal recruiting team your activity will include:

• Assisting department heads in reviewing the Job Descriptions the company is looking to post
• Matching the job opportunities with the Employees’ applications
• Working with internal recruitment colleagues to promote positions
• Managing internal applications and needs
• Support with Internal Recruiting new initiatives

The candidate will be based in Milan . The expected start date is September.

Skill required

• Bachelor or Master Degree student, in a business-related subject, ideally HR Management.
• Great verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good and professional telephone manner, with the ability to quickly identify quality results.
• A keen interest in providing HR advice to employees and managers alike.
• Conscientious and detail-oriented.
• Can-do attitude, flexible and friendly approachable nature.
• The ability to explain complex issues simply and clearly.
• Desire to work in a cool, creative and international environment.
• Confident and proactive approach.
• Ability to exercise discretion and a high level of initiative.
