THE ROLE
Off-White is seeking an Internal Logistics and Planning Specialist to join its team and support logistics operations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage internal logistics operations to ensure efficient material flow and sample management
- Collaborate with other departments to support schedules and delivery timelines
- Implement and maintaining logistics processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Management and support of activities related to events, such as fashion shows, sales campaigns and shootings; with possibility to travel.
- Be in charge of all the movements related to the Samples that you’ll receive from the other departments, both outbound and inbound
- Manage Employees Clothing Allowance, monitoring budget ahead of shipping, in cooperation with the HR Department
- Support the Commercial and Production Planning team in their day-to-day activities
WHO YOU ARE
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in logistics or supply chain management
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Knowledge of the basic customs documentation and operations.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Italian
- Proficient in using logistics software and Excel
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
