International Accounting Specialist

In this role, you will coordinate international accounting activities across GCT and the broader GOSP, driving compliant payables and centralized receivables operations. You’ll support RPA/AI initiatives and SAP migration under the Unit Head, shaping best practices and guidelines for international accounting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure IFRS compliance and local regulatory alignment while contributing to the group’s digitization and process automation goals. Smart working and flexible hours Corporate welfare Supplementary health insurance Training and development Internal mobility opportunities Coordinate local procurement and back-office services for GCT Manage accounts payable operations in line with IFRS and GOSP policies Oversee asset accounting and maintenance of tax and asset registers Update and maintain local accounting tools per regulatory changes Support treasury activities including payment requests and cash collection Lead or progressively take control of accounts receivable operations for the group Assist Unit Head with RPA/AI implementation projects Contribute to SAP migration program as PMO Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with Financial Closing and DQ & RR unit Ensure compliance and drive process improvements across international operations 5+ years in accounting, finance, or related fields Bachelor in Economics, Finance, or Accounting (as minimum) Italian C1 (written and spoken) English B2 (written and spoken) Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP SRV and SAP 4HANA PMO experience is a plus Experience in complex international environments is a plus
