Unox , a market leader in high-end oven production and certified as a Great Place to Work® in Europe for the seventh consecutive year, is seeking an experienced Business Developer with expertise in the Luxury Home Appliances sector to join our Unox Casa division.

Unox Casa is the most innovative brand in Luxury Tech Appliances, rapidly expanding both nationally and internationally. Our mission is to revolutionize luxury furniture and kitchens by integrating artificial intelligence, the expertise of top Michelin-star chefs, and advanced technologies never before applied in the residential market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute strategies to drive brand growth.
  • Manage and grow a network of high-end kitchen dealers, design studios, showrooms, and real estate developers.
  • Forge partnerships with architects, interior designers, and property developers to position the brand in exclusive projects.
  • Close key commercial deals while providing training and ongoing support to partners.
  • Represent the brand at events, trade shows, and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop integrated marketing strategies using social media, influencer campaigns, PR, and targeted promotions.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor/Master Degree in Economics, Marketing, International Business, or related fields.
  • 5-7 years’ experience in sales, key account management, or business development within luxury kitchen/furniture sectors.
  • Proven track record in positioning premium brands with innovative sales strategies.
  • Strong ability to identify growth opportunities and implement scalable solutions.
  • Fluent English and at least one other foreign language.
  • Excellent communication, empathy, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Italy and internationally.


Selection Process:

Candidates will be asked to prepare a hypothetical business plan, including a detailed 3-year roadmap and a 12-month action plan covering:

  • Commercial growth strategy.
  • Recommended marketing budget.
  • Organizational structure and agent network.
