About Us
Sartori & Partners is a US-based, international headhunting boutique exclusively focused on the legal sector. We operate globally across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Australia. Our Italian hub is based in Turin and serves as the engine for several global projects.
The Role
We are hiring a Business Development Manager to build and lead our international in-house legal desk from scratch. You’ll leverage our internal tools to connect with General Counsel and global companies, developing strategic relationships and generating new mandates.
Over time, you’ll also be trained to manage headhunting projects. Depending on your strengths, you’ll either:
- Grow into a dual role (client development + delivery), or
- Stay focused on business development and relationship-building.
Who We're Looking For
Don’t be intimidated by the title. We’re not looking for someone with 20+ years of experience.
We’re looking for someone smart, driven, entrepreneurial , and globally minded.
Whether you have 6 months or 10 years of experience, it makes no difference if you bring the right attitude, communication skills, and energy.

Requirements
- Native or near-native English (C1 advanced minimum, C2 or native)
- Entrepreneurial mindset and commercial instincts
- Strong communicator with international exposure
- Based in Turin or able to relocate
- Prior experience in BD, recruitment, or legal is a plus—but not required
