Our client is an international group renowned for its technological advances in the field of materials in the pharmaceutical environment. It has strong growth ambitions. Accordingly, it is looking for a:

International Equipment / Process Development Project Manager –

Tubular Glass Expertise (F/M)


Reporting to the Group Technical Director, you will support the Group's various plants (worldwide) in the development, integration, adaptation and improvement of production equipment in a fast-growing environment. You will provide your technical expertise in converting glass tubes to produce vials, ampoules and cartridges.


In this role, your main activities will be :


- Defining and deploying standards in the field of tube conversion: equipment selection and design, installation, set-up, maintenance, performance standards, EHS.

- Managing investment projects with plants, particularly in the definition phase (selection of equipment to achieve the objective) through installation support and ramp-up.

- Managing the development of new processes and the development and improvement of equipment, with in-house teams and external suppliers.

- Providing operational support to plants, by contributing technical skills.

- Supporting the successful execution of projects (technological development, process innovation, expansion).

- Monitoring technological developments and defining Group standards.

- Identifying, defining and sharing best practices and leading the expertise network within the Group.

In this role, you will have an important cross-functional management role on an international scale.

For this position, you have an engineering degree or equivalent.

You need to have a successful experience in the development, integration, adaptation and improvement of production equipment with a strong expertise in glass tube conversion (tube loading, forming, processing and printing, annealing, inspection and packaging) for the production of vials and ampoules (ideally cartridges).

You are used to working in an international environment and with multicultural teams.


For this high-stakes position, your communication skills, your ability to work as part of a team and to support local teams and develop their skills, as well as your rigor, your proactivity and your innovative approach will be the keys to your success. Fluent English is required. A good level of French and Italian is an asset.

Ideally, you will be based in France or in Italy. This position involves frequent international travels.
