Chaberton Professionals , a division of Chaberton Partners dedicated to the research and selection of Middle Management profiles, is currently looking for a International Marketing Manager.


The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing customer requirements, defining the regional product vision, and collaborating with other marketing business units and the sales team to achieve company goals.


Job Description

  • Market Analysis: Monitor and update market data, analyze the competitive landscape, support pricing strategy development, and evaluate competitors’ prices and market shares.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with upstream marketing and R&D teams to analyze competition and product configurations; support new product proposals, identify and manage competitive activities, and propose strategies for the development of both new and existing products based on international market needs.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Define priorities for product and customer requirements, support regional product strategy, and work closely with R&D, sales, and marketing to ensure goal achievement.
  • Marketing Activities: Coordinate and participate in promotional initiatives and industry conferences/congresses to support product and service commercialization.
  • Product Support: Contribute to marketing planning through the analysis of marketing plans, competitors' sales strategies, market research, reimbursement systems across countries, sales budgets, and strategic plans. Utilize customer segmentation and product positioning models to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Sales Support: Work with local marketing teams to develop and provide product and service support materials for field staff.
  • Medical Education: Contribute to training activities according to the RACI matrix.
  • KOL and Consultant Management: Develop and manage relationships with key international opinion leaders and centers of excellence.


Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing & Communication, Economics, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the orthopedics or medical devices sector, with a background in marketing or a combination of marketing and sales.
  • Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
