Your Role

We are looking for an International Network Customs Analyst Intern who will support the team in managing and monitoring customs and international trade activities across the global network.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the Laplace Global Project through data recordkeeping results analysis and clustering to drive actionable insights for Regions. Support on duty calculation checks and support the validation of results, ensuring proper documentation and tracking of improvement actions with the dedicated team.
  • Collect regional inputs for Duty Deck project, and collaborate with the team to build and enhance RPA processes, contributing to the generation and publication of reports in BOXI.
  • Monitor new operational flows (Wearable scope) and ensure weekly alignment with the Project Manager on updates and evolutions.
  • Review Regional reports related to Free Trade Zone activities and perform monthly follow-ups to validate data completeness and accuracy.
  • Contribute to the Products Matrix project by supporting the creation and maintenance of a structured "data block" for traded products, ensuring correct SKU to HTS code classification and related data transmissions to brokers and stakeholders.

Main Requirements

  • Degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, International Trade or related fields (ongoing or recently completed).
  • Strong analytical mindset and curiosity towards data analysis and problem solving.
  • Ability and willingness to collect data from multiple sources and reorganize them into clear and structured views for different stakeholders.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables); interest in developing advanced skills (e.g., what-if analysis, data modeling).
  • Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Business Objects or similar BI tools) is a plus.
  • Critical thinking attitude, with the ability to review results and identify inconsistencies.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to present outputs in a clear and structured way and proactively seek alignment and cooperation.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
