International Operations Specialist

ALMO Logistic is a fast-growing international logistics provider specializing in time-critical shipments, including On Board Courier (OBC), Next Flight Out (NFO), and Express Road Transport. We operate 24/7 with a multilingual team, delivering urgent logistics solutions to leading brands in the fashion, automotive, and industrial sectors.

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Specialist  to join our international team. This role involves coordinating urgent global shipments and handling complex logistics scenarios with precision and speed. It’s ideal for someone with experience in express logistics who thrives in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.

• Coordinate and monitor international urgent shipments (OBC, NFO, Express Road)
• Manage operations in real time across multiple time zones
• Liaise with couriers, agents, airlines, and clients under tight deadlines
• Resolve issues quickly while ensuring service excellence
• Document all processes and maintain operational logs

• Minimum 3+ years in express and time-critical shipments
• 5+ years in international logistics or freight forwarding
• Fluent in English + one additional language  (Spanish, French, or German preferred; other languages are a plus)
• Problem-solving mindset and stress-resistance
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Availability for occasional international travel
• Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings/weekends if needed
