Who You Are
- Experience in customer service or sales-driven roles (1–5 years)
- Ambitious, resilient, and hungry for long-term career growth
- Ready to relocate to Malta and build a future abroad
- Curious, driven, and excited by a dynamic, target-focused environment
- Bachelor’s degree (beneficial)
Compensation & Benefits
- OTE Year 1: €40k
- OTE Year 2: €56k
- Base salary + commissions
