Job Title: International Product Specialist

Location: Milan, Italy with the possibility to work remotely from home

Reports To: Sales & Marketing Manager

Travel Requirement: Up to 50% travel (both national and international)

Job Summary:

As an International Product Specialist , you won’t just support sales, you’ll be a key player in helping clinics and surgeons successfully adopt our groundbreaking technology.


You will be responsible for supporting the full sales funnel, engaging directly with clinics and surgeons, and providing hands-on product support and training. This role is customer-facing, with a strong emphasis on building long-term relationships, improving clinical outcomes, and ensuring successful product adoption and performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular visits to customers , providing online & in-person support and building rapport
  • Support the management of the full sales funnel , from lead generation to conversion
  • Provide clinical support in the OR (Operating Room) or directly to surgeons during procedures
  • Establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with clinics and key stakeholders
  • Assist clinics in improving performance and outcomes through product use
  • Facilitate structured collection of customer feedback for continuous improvement
  • Deliver product training and presentations to clinic staff and partners
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the country and internationally as needed


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory
  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Business, or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in refractive surgery or ophthalmic surgical device sales is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and travel frequently
  • Problem-solving attitude with customer-first mindset
