International Project Manager - German Market

As a Junior Project Manager in Fineco's International Projects team, you help manage and expand our EU product offerings to international customers. You work with cross‑functional teams to develop, localize, and enhance products, with a focus on the German market. You will support product discovery, track milestones, and analyze user journeys to identify improvements. This role offers exposure to the fintech/brokerage space across geographies and a path to growing Fineco's international business.

• Support end‑to‑end projects for development, enhancement, and localization of EU‑market products and services
• Contribute to research and analysis on customer needs, market trends, and regulatory requirements (especially German market)
• Assist in product discovery with UX/UI, IT, and business teams to translate feedback into improvements
• Track project progress, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met and documented
• Analyze user journeys and product performance to identify issues and opportunities for optimization
• Prepare clear documentation, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders

Responsabilità

• Initial experience or internships in financial services, markets, trading, or banking (preferably international or digital‑first)
• Interest and knowledge of the German financial market and willingness to deepen expertise
• Full professional proficiency in English and German
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to structure information clearly
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Proactive and collaborative attitude with willingness to own tasks and learn quickly
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exposure to investment, brokerage, or trading products (through roles, studies, or personal interest)
• Experience supporting product‑related tasks or projects (academic or internship)
• Any involvement in international, multi‑country, or localization initiatives is a plus
