The Role This is an
end-to-end Recruitment Consultant (180)
role within our
IT or Finance & Legal
division, where your focus is on building exceptional relationships with your clients
and becoming a trusted recruitment partner in your specialist market . You'll work closely with hiring managers enabling you to deliver high-quality talent solutions rather than simply filling vacancies.
You'll take ownership of the recruitment process from understanding your clients' needs, sourcing and qualifying the best candidates, managing interviews, and guiding both clients and candidates through to offer and placement – all while working with some of Malta's leading businesses.
The Progression (Pure Meritocracy) No previous recruitment experience is required as we provide full, intensive training to transform you into an elite recruitment expert who can comfortably manage end-to-end commercial deals. We have zero corporate politics or annual reviews here.

Requirements Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience (any background: sales, hospitality, telecom, insurance, events or similar). Language: Fluency in English (the primary business language in Malta). Location: Local or Immediate readiness to relocate to Malta (fully on-site in Ta' Xbiex). Drive: High financial ambition and the mental resilience to handle rejection.
