Your Key Responsibilities
- We have a validated playbook in Italy — you will rapidly replicate it across Geographies. You will own the full international revenue target: new ARR, expansion ARR, and gross retention.
- Build and lead the international commercial organization: hiring, structuring, and developing Country Launchers, AEs, and CSMs as markets scale.
- Translate the Italian GTM model into a repeatable framework: iterate relentlessly based on data.
- Drive market launches from positioning and pipeline to first revenue and sustained growth.
- Define commercial KPIs for international expansion and report with full accountability to the CRO.
- Close strategic partnerships — law firms, bar associations, distributors — that accelerate entry and deepen revenue defensibility.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years in commercial or revenue leadership, with a meaningful portion in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record owning a revenue number across multiple geographies — not just launching markets, but growing and retaining them.
- Experience building distributed revenue teams: hiring, structuring incentives, managing performance.
- Strong command of the full revenue funnel, including post‑sale expansion and NRR dynamics.
- Builder's instinct: you create process where none exists and improve it relentlessly.
- Legal‑tech or vertical SaaS background is a strong plus.
- Fluency in English required; Italian, or other European Languages are a significant advantage.
