Main Responsibilities:
- Partner Management: Act as the primary point of contact for existing international partners, including contracted Distributors and Licensees. Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships to ensure mutual growth and contract compliance.
- Managerial Support: Actively support the International Sales Manager in executing global sales strategies, coordinating international accounts, and organizing daily sales operations.
- Business Development: Proactively identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities, prospective partners, and untapped international markets to expand the company's global footprint.
- Sales Target Achievement: Collaborate with partners to set and monitor sales targets, ensuring revenue goals and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded within the assigned territories.
- Market Research & Analysis: Monitor international market trends, competitor activities, and local consumer behavior to provide actionable insights to the management team.
- Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates using the company's CRM system.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service departments to ensure smooth product delivery, successful marketing campaigns, sales meeting’s organization and high partner satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Previous Experience: B2B sales, international business, or account management. Specifically managing distributors, wholesale networks, or licensing agreements is highly preferred.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory. The ability to speak additional languages (e.g., Spanish, French, German, Mandarin) is considered a strong asset.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Cross-Cultural Communication: High level of cultural sensitivity and the ability to adapt communication styles to interact effectively with partners from diverse backgrounds.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with the capacity to resolve conflicts in international markets.
- Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts across different time zones.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally might be required by the business
