International Sourcing & Artisan Buyer

We are seeking a highly creative, resourceful, and internationally minded International Sourcing Buyer to join our growing luxury lifestyle group. This role is centred around international and local sourcing — identifying outstanding manufacturers, suppliers, artisans, and craftsmen worldwide — while also discovering exceptional local workshops and makers with authenticity and craftsmanship. Travel will be an important part of the role.

What You’ll Do

• Source internationally and build relationships with manufacturers, artisans, workshops, and suppliers across interiors, fashion, lifestyle, hospitality, and design
• Travel to discover exceptional craftsmen, materials, suppliers, and production partners
• Research and source internationally
• Discover and collaborate with local artisans and workshops with extraordinary craftsmanship and originality
• Work closely with the creative direction team to bring ideas and concepts to life
• Manage purchasing, negotiations, timelines, and supplier communication
• Continuously seek new inspiration, materials, suppliers, and creative opportunities worldwide

Who You Are

• You have experience in international sourcing, buying, interiors, fashion, hospitality, or luxury lifestyle industries
• You have impeccable taste and a strong eye for beauty, quality, and craftsmanship
• You are naturally curious, highly resourceful, and love finding the impossible
• You enjoy travelling and building relationships across different cultures and countries
• You are organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
• You are confident negotiating and communicating professionally
• You are fluent in English and Italian
• You thrive in a fast-moving, creative environment where no two days are the same
