Interniship - Stage Air Freight Operator

This position is offered as a six-months internship-stage.
The resource will support the operations team in managing shipments by air. You won’t be fully responsible yet, but you’ll learn the full process from booking to delivery.
Assist with shipment bookings with airlines
Prepare and check documents (Air Waybill, invoices, packing lists)
Communicate with customers, warehouses, and carriers
Help resolve minor issues (delays, missing info, etc.)
Basic understanding of logistics / international trade (even from studies)
Good English
Knowledge of Excel and office tools
